Are you feeling down?  Perhaps overwhelmed?  Does it seem like the hurrieder you go the behinder you get?  Like you've taken 3 steps forward and slid back 2?

Here is what the Holy Spirit has been speaking to me laterly, CELEBRATE THE SMALL VICTORIES.  Way to often we are looking for something really big to take place.  We want something major to happen, and we've invested a lot of emotional and mental energy, and maybe physical energy into getting that thing to happen, and it hasn't.  God's Word says,  "Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life."  Proverbs 13:12

Paraphrased that means that when something you're hoping for does not happen, it depresses us.  But when something good happens it encourages us.  That's not psycho-bable, it's God's word!  So when little things go right, celebrate with praise, celebrate with a pat on the back, celebrate with a kind word.  We need the little encouragements so we make it until the big stuff happens!
